JW Plant’s digital studio is a self contained unit specialising in the graphical manipulation and manufacture of digital flags and display textiles. The Chameleon II and Mattiest printers offer reliable roll to roll production specifically designed for the flags, banners, artist canvases backdrops, displays, and other polyester textiles.

All our profiles are formulated in conjunction with the pre-treatment coatings on our base materials. The unique formulas, developed by JW Plant and released under license to our material partners, are chemically balanced to enhance the colouration of the dyes, increase their definition and leave the finished fabric with a neutral pH level, thereby increasing its longevity.

The Digital process used in the Chameleon II and Mattiest printers offer a spectrum of 16.7million colours and 256 graduations.  This produces a clean, environmentally friendly product with a light fastness of 7 to 8 using a Xenon bulb and 4-5 fastness against weathering and chemical abrasion.  The weather and chemical resistance can be further increased by the application of our Aqua-Tex anti-pollution treatment.

• Prices are based on the supply of flags produced on 110gsm knitted polyester, digitally printed, single sided with the mirror image on the reverse side. Hemmed all round and finished with a rope and toggle.
• The prices are based upon the supply of digitally prepared artwork in the format requested in artwork requirement document.
• Tolerance: Colours, size and weight can be 10% above or below the order requirement on appliquéd or printed products.
• +/- 10% tolerance on the quantity of printed products on all quantities above 10. When overruns are not acceptable, the prices must be increased by 5%.
• All prices are subject to the site of the final artwork and are plus carriage and VAT.
